We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in understanding business needs, gathering requirements, and facilitating communication between stakeholders and the development team. 

What are your key responsibilities?

  • Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed business process models and workflow diagrams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and document business processes.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Participate in meetings to elicit feedback and validate requirements.
  • Assist in the continuous improvement of business processes.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure business requirements are accurately translated into technical specifications.

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
  • Understanding of business analysis concepts and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with data analysis tools is a plus.
