We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in identifying business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

What are your key responsibilities?

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and strategic planning.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Conduct negotiations and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the value proposition of our products and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the business.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, contracts, and other documentation.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Participate in networking events and industry conferences to expand the company's reach.

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Business Development Executive or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, negotiation techniques, and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing business opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with the technology or software industry is a plus.
