Associate UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Associate UX/UI Designer to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with designers, developers, and other stakeholders to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that enhance user satisfaction.

What are your key responsibilities?

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and user needs.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
Design user interfaces that align with usability best practices, accessibility standards, and business objectives.
Conduct user research and gather feedback to iteratively enhance designs.
Work closely with developers to ensure seamless integration of design concepts into functional prototypes.
Contribute to the creation and maintenance of design systems and style guides.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in UX/UI design.

What are we looking for?

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI design work and understanding of design principles.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
Basic understanding of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
Experience with user research methods, including usability testing and personas.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Passion for creating intuitive and delightful user experiences.
